RACHEL ANN SCROGGIN
Rachel Ann Scroggin 27, died Friday, November 24, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center after a long illness. Rachel was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, living the past 26 years in Savannah. She was a member of the Islands Assembly of God Church. Rachel was a graduate of the Special Education Program from Juliet Low Elementary School and was active in the S.T.E.P.S program.
Survivors are, her parents, Frank E. & Rebecca O. Scroggin of Savannah, her siblings, Lamar Scroggin of Faulkville, Phillip Scroggin of Savannah, Christy Forrester and husband Rev. Noel of Franklin, GA, Shanda Reid and her husband Jerry of Pooler, her maternal grandmother, Christine Holmes of Savannah, maternal grandfather Fred O’Berry and wife Betty of Brooklet, GA, nephews and nieces, Tyler and Kaleb Scroggin of Savannah, Phillip, Brooke and David Scroggin of Midway, GA, Samuel Forester of Franklin, GA, Sarah, Kristina and Victoria Reid of Pooler and her longtime attendant, Mary Egelston.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Islands Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Monday, November 27, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Islands Assembly of God Church with burial in Bonaventure Cemetery.
